The world has lost a beautiful soul. Frankie was such a fun person to be with. No matter her trials she always looked on the bright side. It was a blessing to know her. I hope you all find strength in knowing Frankie no longer suffers.

Our deepest condolences to Francine's family --

We, like so many, loved and admired Frankie for her indomitable spirit, and her passion for others and our community. We will both miss the insights she shared with us over the years on behalf of our seniors, the arts and the environment. Even more, we will miss our talks about life's challenges and joys. She enriched both of our lives with her spark and creativity, and her love of life was a lesson for all. Please know that we carry her in our hearts and are so very, very grateful to have known and loved her.

Barbara, Carol, Debbie, Jeannie, Stephanie,

Such a sad loss to someone who did so much in her life. Tho we didn’t talk much over the years, one of you ladies would spark a memory from the past and I would smile.
Frankie lived a full life and like your mom, lived life the only way she knew...her way.
My thoughts are with all of you in spirit.
Love you all,
Sam

Dear Barb, Kellie, Debbie, Genie Ray, Stephanie,
My fondest memories of Frankie are from when your Family would visit at Christmas Time ! I would think - WOW THEY DROVE ALL THAT WAY JUST TO BE WITH US! And it was fun guessing which one or two of you would be sleeping over our house ! These are the memories of Frankie I will hold in my heart.
Kellie, the last time I saw you and Frankie was at Aunt Syl's Party. I'm glad we were able to talk. Belinda and I pray for you Girls to receive comfort from the Lord, and from our Love.

It’s been many years since I have seen Francine but I remember her well. She had a joy for life, a great smile, an infectious giggle, topped off by a wonderful wild mop of curls. This is a sad time for all who had the pleasure of knowing her. My condolences to her loved ones.

We are sorry for your loss. Francine will be missed especially her laugh and amazing sense of humor. She was always thinking of others and offered help in any way she could. She entertained the grandkids while we worked at the book sale as she wasn't able to move books. She gave us all sorts of travel information and used her connections in Italy to get us an awesome hotel room. Most of all she shared her love of people in her life. She was one of those people that you were so happy to run into and she would brighten up your day. We were lucky to have known her.
