Dear Holly and Family, I am so sorry to hear about your dad, Earl's passing. He was truly a wonderful person. I worked with him at UConn, Office of Facilities Management. We always exchanged Christmas cards. His sense of humor was such that he would recycle the card I sent him the year before, sending it to me the next year. After we retired, we continued to send each other Christmas cards, He will be missed. Our codolences to you and your family

My sincere condolences to the Eldredge family
I had the pleasure knowing and working with Earl through the years. We shared many stories with lots of laughs especially with Earl's sense of humor every day had something new.
We had a lot of political discussions with most with the same opinion.
Earl will be deeply missed. R.I.P.

To the family of Earl, It's with great sadness of the hearing of passing of Earl, he was good man. I worked with Earl @ UConn, he had a heart for the job and did thing's right, a no nonsense person who would listen and then react. RIP Earl.

I am very sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you in this difficult time. I know the pain must be hard right now, but I hope you find comfort in knowing that God cares about how you feel and that He promises that “there is going to be a resurrection.” (Acts 24:15) (1 Peter 5:7) Won’t that be wonderful to see our loved ones again! Earl gave me the opportunity to expand my horizons at Uconn In the Utilities div.
he called it like he saw it, I respected him very much and was so fortunate to have worked for,and with him at the University.
He knew what a hard days work was, and appreciated the employees that gave their all with always a thank you and a pat on the back to commend their efforts..
I would like to extend my sincere sympathies to the family, and also my sincere appreciation for all the great things Earl accomplished throughout his time whether it be with the town of Willington or Uconn.
Rest easy Earl, and thank you once again for all the great things accomplished and what you did for so many.

I was a secretary in the late 70's in what was then called Physical Plant. Always the consummate gentleman, and as noted, a quiet sense of humor, Earl was always a welcome sight in our offices. My condolences to Earl's family.
