Mimi,
I will miss you immensely, Mimi. Thank you for being one of my main support people my whole life. 43 years. You were one of a kind. A true humanitarian. A giver. A woman of strength and courage. Ambitious. Always pushing though the rough patches in life. Working until 80 yrs old. You were so proud of being independent and self-supporting. This last blow was just too much. ❤ For your children, my Mom- Ruthie: being her main person, and her your main person, This will be the hardest blow. The toughest one yet. Im here for you. We know she is truly not sad anymore. Let that thought get us through. Her sadness was painful to witness. Love you. Never forget the "yeah yeah I know ta do" Aunt Linda: never forget how proud you made Mimi by raising your grandchildren and adopting them. Being an independent, single mom your whole life and never giving up is true testament to having Mimi as a role model. She spoke so highly of you and your perseverance to keep going in many situations. Love you ❤ Uncle Frank: you were there for her whenever she needed you. Especially the past few months since the loss of Uncle Phil. She appreciated and loved you dearly. You are her "Frankie". She was so happy to see you so whenever you came. She loved her Cumbys coffee trips. Now its time for you to care for yourself. Im just a phone call away. Love you bunches ❤.

So deeply sorry for her passing. Being my mother's step sister, I knew her from a very early age. She was a brave, courageous person and will be greatly missed by her family. I am glad I had the opportunity to be with her at her 80th birthday and again a visit later. Prayers are with all of the family.

Harriet was a former co-worker and dear friend. I offer my condolences to all her family and hope you can take comfort in the words of Henry Van Dyke........

I am standing upon the seashore.
A ship at my side spreads her white sails to the morning breeze
and starts for the blue ocean.
She is an object of beauty and strength,
and I stand and watch until at last she hangs
like a speck of white cloud
just where the sea and sky come down to mingle with each other.
Then someone at my side says,
" There she goes! " Gone where?
Gone from my sight . . . that is all.
She is just as large in mast and hull and spar
as she was when she left my side
and just as able to bear her load of living freight
to the place of destination.
Her diminished size is in me, not in her.
And just at the moment
when someone at my side says,
" There she goes! "
there are other eyes watching her coming . . .
and other voices ready to take up the glad shout . . .
" Here she comes! "
And that is dying.
