Audrey Anne (Samuels) Green

Audrey Anne (Samuels) Green, 82. of Lebanon, passed away on March 24, 2019 at Windham Hospital.  She lived most of her life in Coventry and the last 33 years in Lebanon, CT.

Audrey enjoyed watching the Yankees and UCONN Basketball.  She also loved to crochet, garden, cook and dance to country music.  She had a wonderful sense of humor that kept everyone laughing right up to the end.  Most of all she loved her family.  Audrey knew the meaning of unconditional love and anyone that knew her, felt it.  She will be missed by all that knew her.  Audrey is survived by her children, Lu-Ann Brown, Newton Green, Wendy Knight, Wanda St. Onge, Victor Green and Shawn Green; two sisters, Sheila Roberts, Gerry Thompson; a brother Albert Samuels.  She also leaves behind 19 loving grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her siblings June, Eva and David.  The family would like to thank the staff at St. Josephs Living Center for their care and compassion.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Josephs Living Center, 14 Club Rd., Windham, CT or Community Companion and Homemaking Services, 90 South Park St., Willimantic, CT.  Audrey’s family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday March 27, 2019 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic.  For an online memorial guestbook please visit www.potterfuneralhome.com.
