Susan Boker

Susan Ann Boker reunited with her heavenly family on January 21, 2022. She was born to Marilyn and Donald Boker at Windham Hospital on November 28, 1962. She graduated from Windham High School and attended Quinebaug Community College where she received her Associates Degree. She lived her life in Willimantic where she developed a close-knit group of friends and supporters. Susan spent her life dealing with Charcot Marie Tooth disease which limited her mobility but not her enthusiasm to live life to the fullest. She always had a smile for anyone she encountered and never dealt with self-pity. Susan’s attitude towards life was something to be admired. She loved to watch her birds and having a cat by her side. Susan was predeceased by her mother Marilyn, sister Dawn and her brother David. She is survived by her aunt and uncle Joy and Jim Balcome of Manchester and her aunt and uncle Lynn and Patrick Prue of Windham. She leaves an indelible mark on all who knew her and will be missed.

We want to thank all the folks that provided her assistance throughout her life as she dealt with her daily challenges.

A celebration of life will be held later at a later date.
