Jane Poudrier Obituary

Jane A. Poudrier, 62, of Willimantic, CT died on Thursday, April 09, 2020. She was born to the late Lucille (Gamache) and Roland Poudrier in Windham, CT. Jane is survived by her son, Benjamin Vertefeuille; sister, Yvonne Poudrier; brothers, Mitchell, Richard, and Phillip and wife AnnMarie Poudrier; godparents, Leonie and Leo Poudrier; and many nieces and nephews. She worked as a cashier at Walmart in North Windham for many years, loved to craft and was well-known for making Care Bears. Jane volunteered many years for the Windham Special Olympics swim meet. A special fund was set up in Jane’s memory at Camp Horizon 127 Babcock Hill Rd. South Windham, CT 06266 so her son can continue attending camp.
