Donna A. (Mason) Kristoff

Donna A. Kristoff, 72, of Willington, CT passed away on January 19, 2023.  She was born in Windham, CT, the daughter of the late Ernest F. and Lillian A. (Dunnack) Mason.  

Donna graduated with an Associate Degree from Manchester Community College with a concentration in Business and Bookkeeping.  She was an avid reader who also enjoyed traveling and taking random rides to “nowhere”.  One of her favorites were her often weekend trips to Maine.  Donna enjoyed nature and tranquility, which she often found in her home and through her daily walks with Peter and Max.  She was very devoted to her husband and spent the last several years assisting him through his illnesses without ever complaining.  Donna had a very caring and loving heart.  She will always be remembered by her smile and giggle which would light up every room she entered.

Donna is survived by her husband and best friend, Peter F. Kristoff, her large and loving family, and close-knit circle of friends.  

Donna’s family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, January 27, 2023, from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson Street, Willimantic, CT.  Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at 9:00am at the Storrs Congregational Church UCC, 2 N Eagleville Road, Storrs, CT. Burial will follow at the Moose Meadow Cemetery, 149 Turnpike Road, Willington, CT. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to SPCA (a no-kill animal shelter), 359 Spring Hill Road, Monroe, CT 06468.
