Donny was a loyal and dedicated family man, predeceased by his parents, and is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Deborah (Macha) Clauson. He was a beloved brother to Leonard Clauson, Linda (Clauson) Brett, and Michael Clauson. A graduate of Windham Regional Technical School in Automotive in 1965, Donny used his skills to serve his country as a member of the US Army from 1966 to 1969. After his service, he continued to utilize his talents and contribute to his community through his work with the Connecticut State Department of Transportation for several decades.
