Andrew Wright, 32, of Norwich, CT died on August 16, 2020

Loving dad, son, brother, grandson & nephew. Andy was an outgoing, charismatic, talented, smart, friendly wise guy. Growing up in New Britain, he attended Northend Elementary. Relocated to Southington before attending Depoalo Middle School and then graduated from Southington High School, class of 2006. Working at Subway he worked his way up to troubleshooting manager.

Andy enjoyed camping, fishing & hiking. A Dallas Cowboy fan, he participated in football games with friends & classmates. Through Southington Parks Dept, he participated in basketball for many years, eventually becoming captain/coach of his own team. His devotion to music led him to write many songs leading to the recording of some. Andy had a special ability with children & would bring his son to visit family/friends often.

He is survived by his mother Laura Wright Battaglia of Inglis, FL; father Shawn Wright of New Britain, CT; brother Jason Wright of Ledyard, CT; half brothers Josh Wright & Aiden Gardiner; daughter Khloe Bellanger of Bristol, CT; son Tristan Pitts of Terryville, CT; maternal grandparents Richard & Carol Cop of Melbourne, FL; Uncle Richard Cop Jr,& Robyn of E. Berlin, CT, Uncle Greg Wright of Plainville, CT; Aunt Cheryl & Rodney Wark of Terryville, CT; cousins Ryan, Rylee, Ryan, Amanda, Michael Wark. Extended family from Maine and Connecticut. Many close friends...BP,RK,AL,AW,CM,MJ,CM,SC,LT,SC,EL,AS,TM,SB,AP,DM,HC,CC,JC,AT,CB,SP,WC,MN,CN,IM,MV,IA, NP,NR,BR,KS. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Michael Wright & Margaret Lockhard; uncle Timothy Wright; and cousin Tyler Cop.
