Yiriel Adrian Cintron, affectionately known as "GeeDee" by his loved ones, was born on January 13, 2003, in Willimantic, CT, and sadly passed away prematurely from a motor vehicle accident in Glastonbury, CT, on July 16, 2023. A beloved son, brother, father, and friend, Yiriel will forever be remembered by his loved ones for his fun-loving nature and unforgettable personality and beautiful smile.

Yiriel's family, the most important aspect of his joy-filled life, includes his mother, Jessica Ingle, his father, Ismael Cintron, his siblings, Darian and Isabella Cintron, his girlfriend Giana, and their son, Adrian Julius Cintron. Yiriel also left behind his beloved fur baby, Bandit, and his brothers from another mother Brody and Cipactli. His extended family, including his late grandfather, Norman Ingle, living grandparents, Donna and Ross Dmochowski, aunts and uncles, Jeremy Ingle, Michelle Hinson, Bryan Ingle, Kimberly Obert, and Yiriel Hernandez. Immediate cousins, Jessica Taylor, Zachary, Nicholas, Emma, Jenna Flynn, and many more family members from both mother and father's side.

Yiriel's educational journey started at Chaplin Elementary, continued to Parish Hill Middle/High School, culminating at Rham High School. Yiriel learned best hands on, and by computer. He was a swift learner who excelled at math and would never turn down any challenge.

Known for his playful humor, Yiriel, "GeeDee", "Yiri", or "GD" as he was commonly known, loved to entertain and make those around him laugh. His interests spanned over various activities such as playing XBOX, getting lost in the world of Minecraft, assembling intricate Lego models, and diving into virtual reality with his Oculus. Yiriel also took delight in annoying his sister, playing online with his brother, and staying up all night gaming and devouring everything in the house.

Music played a significant role in Yiriel's life, often serving as his escape, his solace, and his celebration. He loved spending time with his friends during the weekend bonfire sessions, making smores, and creating memories. His love for TV shows, especially The Office and The Middle, saw him watching episodes on repeat, often quoting lines and re-enacting scenes for added amusement.

Yiriel had an undying spirit for celebrating life, evident in his love for holidays, especially 4/20, which he often celebrated with family and friends. His love for his family was profound, and was genuinely happiest spending time with them, Bandit and his friends.

GeeDee's defining characteristics were his funny, loving, giving, caring and kind nature. He had an uncanny ability to light up any room he entered with his infectious laughter and smile. His presence was comforting, his humor uplifting, and his kindness an inspiration of hope. His heart filled with love, and he was never shy about sharing it with those around him.
