William Rodriguez

William "Macho" Rodriguez, 47, passed away on Friday, January 9, 2015, with his family by his side. He was born on February 22, 1967 in the Bronx, NY, to the late William Rodriguez and Alicia Alers Rivera. He is survived by his soulmate of twenty-six years Tracy Shirshac, and four children, Jaimie Riera, Joshua Shirshac, Jeremy Rodriguez, and Jasmine Shirshac. William is also survived by three sisters, Maritza Rodriguez and Evelyn Pechie, Joann Negron his two brothers Angel Nunez, Anthony Nunez two grandchildren, Tahj Jones and Leslie Jones Jr, and several nieces and nephews. He loved his family very much. William enjoyed spending time at the beach and was always looking for a way to make people laugh. William really enjoyed baseball, he was a diehard Yankee fan. He will be deeply missed. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2015 from 6:00-8:00pm at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. (Rte.195) Willimantic, CT. The funeral service will be held the following morning, Friday, January 16, 2015 with assembly at 10:00am at Saint Joseph's Church, 99 Jackson St., Willimantic, CT, with the burial to directly follow.
