William Roger Neal

William Roger Neal, 76, of Mansfield, husband of Constance (Insalaco) Neal, died October 4, 2018 at his home. He was born in Greencastle, PA, son of the late William and Miriam (Sellers) Neal. He was a proud alumnus of Shepherd University?s class of 1964 and attended their homecoming every year. William also co-owned Smith Keon Jewelers with his wife Connie for 40 years. He is survived by his wife and their two sons, Michael and Christopher. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hartford Healthcare at Home, Hospice.
