William J. Kemp, "Billy" passed away on February 14, 2018. Born May 17, 1973, Billy is survived by his mother, Barbara A. Arnold and brother Eric Kemp and wife Dawn. He was predeceased by his father, Philip Kemp and step-father William Arnold. Formally of Chaplin, CT, Billy was most recently living in Norton, MA. There will be no calling hours and burial will be private at the family's convenience.
