William "Bill" J. Lowrey

William J. Lowrey, 61 of Mansfield, CT passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at Hartford Hospital in Hartford. Bill was born on October 19, 1955 in Lowell, MA. He was a 1973 graduate of E.O. Smith High School and went to Thames Valley State Technical College. He was employed at AeroCision in Chester, CT as a Tool Design Engineer. In his free time Bill loved going to the movies, photography and cooking. He is predeceased by his mother, Therese Lowrey and father Albert Lowrey. Bill is survived by his brother, Philip Lowrey of Mansfield; sisters, Jerilyn Lowrey of East Hartford and Tracy Burke and her husband Thomas Burke of Coventry and nephews Douglas and Daniel Burke.
