William Clifford Howlett passed away on April 15, 2026. He was born on June 15, 1953, the son of the late Clifford and Therese (Marrotte) Howlett.

Bill graduated with a BA in history from UConn and retired from UConn as an IT specialist. Bill was a devoted family man. He especially loved the holiday get togethers. Bill was known to everyone for his love of music and history. What most people don't know is that he was a self-taught musician. Bill loved teaching music and singing.

Bill is survived by his son Ryan (Kimberly), grandchildren, Mariah, Noah and Mason; great granddaughter, Delilah; sister Alene (Mac) Toedt, nephew John Toedt, niece Marnie Faupel, grandnephew Alex Toedt, and grandniece Brianna Toedt. In lieu of flowers, please keep Bill in your thoughts and prayers.
