Willard Lester Noel Jr., 60 passed away on July 15, 2004, at Martin Memorial Medical Center, in Stuart, Fl. Born in Willimantic on July 18, 1943 he was the son of Helen M. Noel of Stuart Fl. and the late Willard L. Noel Sr. Before retirement five years ago he resided in the town of Marlborough, Ct. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his two sons Mark Noel and his wife Theresa of Colchester and Scott Noel of Milford N.H., a grandson Dylan , a sister Sandra Rose of Groton, two nieces and a nephew. A graveside ceremony will be held on Tuesday July 20, 2004 at 11:00am in the South Chaplin Cemetery, Rte 198, Chaplin. There are no calling hours.
