Wesley M. Beebe

Wesley M. Beebe "Wes", 66, of Ashford, husband of Maureen Beebe, was born Jan. 16, 1948 and passed away July 1, 2014 at Hartford Hospital. He was predeceased by his parents Milton and Doris Beebe of Mansfield. He is also survived by son Scott Beebe and wife Vita of Andover; daughter Heather Mulrooney (Beebe) and wife Rebecca of Manchester; and son Brock Beebe of Ashford. He also leaves his grandchildren Thomas, Julia and Patrick Beebe, sisters Carol Burnham and husband Richard and Natalie Jurkovics; his brother Ronald Beebe and wife Lexi, as well as many nieces, nephews and good friends. Wesley was a graduate of E.O. Smith High School in Storrs. He served in the U.S. Army and was an active member in the Mansfield Fire Department where he had served as chief. Wes worked in construction in Mansfield, Willington, Old Lyme and Londonderry, NH. His family will receive relatives and friends on Monday July 7, 2014 between 6:00 and 8:00pm at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic. The funeral service will held Tuesday 11:00am at the funeral home. Burial will be Storrs Cemetery following the service.
