Wanda Lehoux

Wanda (Jung) Lehoux, 78, of Willimantic, fell into eternal slumber on Jan. 1, 2013, at Windham Hospital. Wanda was born June 9, 1934 in Poland to the late Reinhold and Wanda Jung. She moved to the states on Oct. 4, 1951. She is survived by her husband Rosaire Lehoux of Willimantic, two sons and their spouses, Richard and Dorothy Krysztofiak of Norwich and Randy and Stacey Lehoux of Cromwell. She is also survived by a brother and three sisters, Reinhold and Erna Jung of Canada, Clara Bender of Lebanon, Erna and Erwin Voss of FL and Selma Henning of Columbia and five stepchildren and their spouses, Ernest and Janice Lehoux of Plainfield, Cecile Lehoux of Franklin, Normand and Melody Lehoux of N. Windham, Robert and Karen Lehoux of Sunrise, FL and Paul and Cheryl Lehoux of Sunrise, FL. She is also survived by three grandsons, a great grandson, fifteen step grandchildren and eighteen step great grandchildren. Wanda was predeceased by her first husband Tadeusz Krysztofiak, two brothers, Berthold Jung and Arnhold Jung and a step son Marcel Lehoux. Wanda was always loving and she cherished her time with her friends and family, but especially her children and grandchildren and with every occasion we cherished with you, we will always remember the love you shared with us. You will forever be in our thoughts and hearts. We love and miss you deeply. Her family will receive relatives and friends on Friday Jan. 4, 2013 between 6:00 and 8:00pm at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic. Her funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10:00am at First Baptist Church of Willimantic, 667 Main St. Willimantic. Interment will follow in New Lebanon Cemetery.
