Virginia Parrow

Virginia N. (Sfreddo) Parrow, beloved wife of Alexander J. Parrow of Tolland, entered her eternal home on Saturday, April 10, 2010. Born February 28, 1939 in Stafford Springs, she was the daughter of the late Mercedes Matilda Sfreddo and Alfredo Sfreddo and sister to Silvio Sfreddo of Stafford Springs, the late Alfred Sfreddo and Leo Sfreddo. In addition to her husband, she bids farewell to her daughter Lynn Morehead and her husband Yerger of New Fairfield; her son Ronald Parrow of Hampton; her son Brian Parrow and his wife Julie of Lebanon and her son Neal Parrow of Carpenteria, CA. She was affectionately called "Nanny" by her grandchildren: Andrew, Katherine and Christy Morehead, Dalton and Austin Parrow, and Emily, Amanda and Audrey Parrow. Family and friends may call at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson Street, Willimantic on Tuesday, April 13 from 5-7 PM. Her Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, April 14 at 6 PM at Christian Fellowship Church,140 Pudding Hill Rd.(Route 97), Scotland, CT. 06264.
