Virginia E. Mullaly, 79, of Lebanon passed away at St. Joseph Living Center in Windham Thursday, February 9, 2006. She was born January 4, 1927 in Beverly, Massachusetts, the daughter of the late Herbert and Evelyn Stickens of Beverly. She attended Beverly High School. She moved to Lebanon, CT in the early 1970 s from Ledyard. She worked as a volunteer teacher s aide at Juliet Long School in Ledyard and was also a volunteer for several years at the Windham Hospital. She was a member of the Jonathan Trumbull D.A.R. for many years. She was predeceased by her husband Raymond K. Mullaly and her son, Kenneth H. Mullaly of Killingly. Virginia is survived by her daughter Sharon Moore of Lebanon, 4 grandchildren, Virginia Moore and Rebecca Moore of Lebanon, Emma Mullaly and Janna Mullaly of Killingly, a great grandson, Christopher Sarnik, 3 sisters and brothers-in-law, Elaine and William McIntyre of Troy, NY, Joyce and William Creesey of Beverly, MA, Betty and Ronnie Labrecque of Yuma, AZ, several nieces and nephews. Her family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St., Rte. 195, Willimantic on Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in the Center Cemetery, Lebanon.
