Victor Rios Cuebas Sr., 87, of Willimantic, CT passed away on December 7, 2023. He was born in Anasco, Puerto Rico , the son of Celestino Rios Lugo and Emelia Cuebas Mendez.
Victor loved fishing, working on cars, and listening to music. Victor was devoted to his family and friends; helping whenever he was needed. He worked as a laborer for many years in the Willimantic area.
He is survived by the love of his life, Barbara (Allison) Cuebas, his wife of 58 years. He also leaves behind his children: Samuel Rios, Milagros Rios, Nidia Lebron, Robert Cuebas and Victor Cuebas Jr, along with his siblings, Thomas Rios, Ada Rios and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Victor was predeceased by his siblings: Roque, Confessor, Clemencia, Cecilia, Felicita, and Luz.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. There will be no calling hours.
