Timothy Hanson Obituary
Timothy M. Hanson, 57, of Willimantic, CT passed away unexpectedly in his home on April 20, 2021. A resident of the Willimantic area for most of his life, Tim was born on July 1st, 1963 to William R. and the late Barbara J. (Brooks) Hanson. He was a 1981 graduate from Windham Technical Highschool. He worked at the Willimantic Thread Mill until its subsequent closing and spent the rest of his career working as a Machinist for Deburring Laboratories in New Britain, CT.
Tim found joy in the simple pleasures of life; chatting and reminiscing with friends and family, visiting with out-of-town relatives, listening to music and cuddling with his beloved dog, Penny.
Tim is survived by his father William R. Hanson; Son Mitchell Hanson and daughter Rachel (Hanson) Earley; His brother William Hanson, and sisters Jackie Jarvis, Vickie Hartley and Kimberly Shirshac.
