Thomas Edward Badore, 74, of Windham, CT passed away Dec. 27, 2020 at William W Backus hospital from complications of Covid-19. Born in Norwich April 17, 1946, he was the son of Thomas C. Badore and Lucy W. Tennent and the beloved husband of Karleen C. Badore.
Thomas retired from UCONN Landscape Department in 2001. He enjoyed going to tag sales, coffee at McDonalds and working on his lawn, which he took great pride in.
He is survived by Karleen C. Badore, his wife of 52 years, son Thomas E. Badore II, his wife Patricia of Colorado, Lynn E. Bachelder, of Maine, Erin M. Blanco and her husband Rainier of Willimantic, CT and one sister, Margery Sherwood and her husband Richard of Columbia, CT., 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one brother, John L. Mitchell and 4 sisters, Lucille A. Mitchell, Barbara J. Dumas, Nancy B. Thompson and Sally A. Wrana. Services will be private.
