Theresa (Rondeau) Briggs, 90, of Willimantic, CT died at home on Monday, January 13, 2020, with her daughter by her side. She was born November 30, 1929 to the late Yvonne (Belanger) and Romeo Rondeau. Theresa is survived by sons, Michael Briggs and his fiance, Sabrina Tidd of Waterbury, CT and Steven Briggs of Norwich, CT; daughter, Patricia Briggs of Willimantic, CT; sister, Claire Kaminski of Windham, CT; five grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband, Robert Briggs and her brother Raymond Rondeau. Theresa worked for Tolland Bank, was an avid bingo player, and loved going to the casino. Her family will receive friends and relatives on Friday, January 17, 2020 from 11:00am-12:00pm at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. Willimantic 06226 with her funeral service starting at 12:00pm. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery 134 Club Rd. Willimantic, 06226. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Theresa's name to the charity of your choice.
