Susan Crowther Obituary
Susan L. Crowther, 64, of Willimantic, CT passed away peacefully on July 5th, 2021 after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was born in Worcester, MA to Anthony and Shirley (Bradley) Woodson. Throughout her life Susan lived boldly and beautifully. Her childhood was spent alongside her siblings, while living in various states throughout the country. Prior to retirement Susan was a cook for Windham/Willimantic Child Care. Sue also worked many years at the Victorian Lady where she found lasting friendships with “The Vic Chicks”. She spent much of her free time reading, gardening and spending time with her friends at the campground. In addition to her parents Sue was preceded in death by her husband Harry T. Crowther. Sue is survived by her daughter Jessica Boucher; stepdaughter Jennifer Seretny; granddaughter Juliana Seretny; sister Karen Boulay; brothers Ken and Tom Woodson and their families, along with several nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be planned at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be sent to Eastern CT Area Agency on Aging.
