Susan Lynne Garneau

Susan Garneau age,62 of Storrs, passed away peacefully on June 8th after a brave but short fight with cancer. She was helped with her battle by the kind and loving care at St. Joseph Living Center by the nurses and staff on St. Patrick's wing. She loved to dance and have fun but more than anything she loved her cats Neo, Zorro, Leo, Ralph, Little girl and Buckwheat. She leaves her maternal Aunt Grace; sister Eileen; niece Michele; great nephew Joey and several cousins. Susan leaves her lifelong best friend Wanda and her family in New Mexico. Susan also left many thoughtful people at Wrights Village where she lived for many years. A private celebration of her life will be held at the family's convenience. In lieu of flowers remembrances would be appreciated to an animal welfare organization of your choice.
