Stephen Switchenko Obituary
Stephen N. Switchenko 68 of San Francisco, CA passed away peacefully on September 15, 2022 after a short battle with cancer. Stephen was the son of the late Nicholas and Theresa (Kehl) Switchenko.
Steve is survived by his daughter Lily and grandson Dylan. He leaves four brothers Daniel, John, Peter and Arthur, their spouses Kim, Gail, Pat and Peggy. Steve also leaves his Aunt Mary and Uncle Nick, many nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends from Willimantic.
Stephen attended Windham High School where he excelled in academics and athletics. He was a graduate of Yale University and the UVA Darden School of Business. His greatest life achievement though was his victory over a 25 year battle with addiction.
In the last years of his life Steve was content with many friendships in California happy to live and work in San Francisco.
A graveside service will take place at 12 noon Saturday, October 22, 2022 at St. Joseph Cemetery, Club Rd., Windham.
