Stephen C. Rinn Jr

Stephen C. Rinn Jr. of Lebanon, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 27th 2014 in Willimantic, CT at the age of 79. He was born on December 6th, 1934 in Middletown, NY. the son of Nellie Edwards and Stephen C. Rinn Sr. Stephen served in the Marine Corps for four years. He was employed at Rogers Corporation for 35 years and served as president of the local union for many years. Stephen retired in 1999 along with his wife Joyce. He lived the remainder of his life between Florida and Lebanon, CT. Stephen is survived by his loving wife Joyce Rinn. They were married January 16, 1962 in Willimantic, CT. Stephen is lovingly remembered by his son Scott Rinn of Willimantic, his daughter Kelly Rinn of Lebanon and his son Stephen C. Rinn III of North Windham. He is also lovingly remembered by his granddaughter Mikaelie, his grandson Ryan and his grandson Austen. Calling hours will be Wednesday, July 30th 2014 from 6-8pm at the Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. Willimantic. A graveside service with military honors will be held Thursday, July 31st at 11am in the New Lebanon Cemetery, Waterman Road, Lebanon.
