Stella Valone Obituary
Stella (Bobka) Valone, 99, of Windham, CT passed away on June 29, 2020. She was born on June 28, 1921 to the late Julia and Stephen Bobka in New Jersey. Stella in years past liked sewing, cooking, and her flower gardens. She also enjoyed swimming and going to the casino. Stella is survived by her daughter Patricia Vernon; niece Carole and her husband Dennis Milhomme; three grandsons; five great-grandsons; and four great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Anthony Valone and her daughter Nancy Cyr. A Mass will be held at St. Joseph Church in Windham, CT at a later date. All the thanks in the world to the staff at Douglas Manor for their wonderful care.
