Stacy Ann Hallam, 46, of Willimantic, CT, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 25th, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Willimantic, Stacy was the beloved daughter of Yvonne Benoit and Glenn Hallam. Stacy built her life around the people she loved most. Her days were shaped not by titles or accolades, but by acts of care, sacrifice, and quiet strength that left a lasting impact on everyone around her.

Above all, Stacy was a mother, sister, and friend. She is survived by her daughter, Lauren Rosado (Kevin Gallisá-Lozada) of Windsor, CT, son, Brandon Rosado of Daytona Beach, FL, son Noah Perez-Perea of Andover, CT; brother Shawn Benoit (Frances Gonzalez) of West Brookfield, MA; her nieces and nephew; and an abundance of cousins and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, March 4th, 2026, at Potter Funeral Home in Willimantic, CT. This will be held from 5:00PM-7:000PM.

Stacy’s love and legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered
