Shirley R. Robinson, 86, of North Franklin, died Sunday, March 17, 2013 in Windham. She was born in Scotland July 28, 1926, the daughter of Henry and Isabel (Moseley) Racicot. On April 27, 1946 she married Arthur B. Robinson who predeceased her on June 16, 1985. Shirley was employed for 29 years by Agway as a bookkeeper. She is survived by a son, Gerald Robinson Sr. and his wife June of Franklin and Lady Lake, FL, two grandsons, Gerald Jr. and Kurt, a granddaughter, Bethany, and two great grandsons Keith and Josh, a great granddaughter, Britney, three step grandsons, a niece, Gayle Hopkins, and cousins, Hazel Foster, Barbara Sayers, Eldon Moseley, Muriel Hinckley and Anna Mae Segar. She also leaves special friends, the Postemski family, Nancy Sasarak, Pat Webster, Julia Dutcher, Linda Kelly, Janet Boudoin, Tami Boudoin and Rose Boucher. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Bernice Topliff of Thompson, two brothers, John and Edward Racicot of Scotland and a niece, Elizabeth Reil of Voluntown. Burial will be private in the Pautipaug Cemetery in Franklin. There are no calling hours.
