Shirley E. Nichols

Shirley E. Nichols, age 84, of Willington, CT, beloved wife of Garth Nichols passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at home with her family present. She was born in Aylesford, Nova Scotia Canada, September 16, 1930 to Joseph and Emily Parker Lutz. Survivors are her husband Garth of 66 years, triplet daughters, Janet (husband Henry Tellier), Jean (husband John Tyler), and Joan Sweet; son Eric Nichols (wife Linda Hale Nichols); six grandchildren, Mathew, Shaun, and Kristin Tellier; Kimberly Tyler; Amanda, and Ryan Nichols; five great-grandchildren, Ben, Savannah, Allyssa and Timothy Tellier, and Isaiah Martinez. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer's Assn. A private service will be held at Potter Funeral Home and body will be laid to rest in Willington Hill Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
