Scott McClure Obituary
Scott Gerard McClure, 59, of North Windham, passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Thursday, December 23, 2021.  Scott was loved and respected by all who knew him. He always had a kind word to say. Scott struggled with medical issues but overcame his addictions to better his life.  He was a graduate of Lyman Memorial High School.  Scott had only two jobs in his life, first at DeVivo / Willimantic Waste and at Schilberg’s / Prime Material Recovery Inc. in Willimantic, for 30+ years.  To the employees of Prime Material Recovery Inc, thank you for being his friend, family and being supportive during this difficult time.

Scott was an avid fan of UCONN men and women basketball, Boston Red Sox, wrestling and going to wrestling events, fishing and loved scratch tickets and going to the casinos.

Scott is survived by his mother Gloria McClure of North Windham, CT, sister Robin Salois and her husband Gary of Hampton, CT; brother Rob McClure Jr. of Lebanon, CT; nephews Jason Salois, Matthew Salois, Sheldon Dugas-McClure of Washington State; nieces Estelle Albertina (Salois), Carol Salois and Haley Dugas-McClure and a great niece, Athena; dear friends, Alison and Mike Robert and their kids Brie and Brandon Robert and Laura Scacciaferro, who was like an aunt.

He was predeceased by his father Robert McClure Sr.
