Ruth E. Miller

Ruth E. Miller, 71, of Willimantic, widow of William Miller, died Wednesday December 11, 2002 at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford. She was born November 15, 1931 in Tiverton, RI, the daughter of Charles and Edith (Brown) Walker and had lived in Lebanon before moving to Willimantic. She is survived by 7 children, Marcia Miller of Windham, Sandra Miller of Jewett City, William Miller of Forrestdale, MA, Charles Miller of Windham, Linda Miller of Lebanon, Carl Miller of Florida and Chad Miller of Windham, 2 brothers, Charles and Alfred Walker of Rhode Island, 5 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son Richard Miller. Her family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. Willimantic TODAY from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the New Willimantic Cemetery.
