Ruth (Bush) Juhasz STORRS - Ruth (Bush) Juhasz of Storrs, passed peacefully to her next life on Saturday, February 21, 2004 at the age of 63. Ruth was born at the family home in New Bremen, New York in 1940 to Clinton Bush Sr. and Angeline (Gluer) Bush. Ruth worked for many years at Beaverite Products in Beaver Falls, NY before moving to CT in 1964. Prior to retirement in 1995 she was employed by the State of Connecticut as a sign language instructor for hearing impaired handicapped and a workshop instructor 27 years. Ruth's pleasures in life were her family, pet animals, crafts, traveling and her volunteer work at the Mansfield Senior Center. Ruth is survived by her husband of 44 years, Barry and two loving daughters, Stacey Gurney and son-in-law, Rick of Cheshire, MA, Cheryl Juhasz of North Windham and her partner, Steve and his children, Shane and Ashley Coutu of Willimantic; precious grandchildren, Jarod and Nicole Gurney of Cheshire, MA, Jamie Lee, Mikailla and Brandon Martingano of North Windham; one brother, Richard Bush, New Bremen, NY and one sister, Mrs. George (Carol) Wagner of Syracuse, NY. She was predeceased by five brothers, Clifford, Milton, Kenneth, Clinton, Jr., John and one sister, Barbara. She leaves cherished friends of many years; sisters-in-law, Elizabeth McCormack of Lowville, NY, Eugene and Lillian Bergeron of Windham, Robert and Sharon Loomis of Willimantic; her special new friends, Kathy Noble of Wethersfield, Pat Gentilcore of Glastonbury, Lynn Moran of Willimantic and her many friends at Gardner Lake Campground Association in Salem. Funeral services are private per deceased's request. A memory gathering will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be sent to Connecticut Breast and Cervical Cancer Program, c/o Windham Hospital, 112 Mansfield Ave., Willimantic, CT 06226.
