Rudolph Nadile, 74, of Chaplin, husband of June (Garrison) Nadile, died Friday Feb. 17, 2006 while vacationing in Dauphin Island, AL. He was born May 21, 1931 in Norwood, MA. the son of Joseph and Barbara (Michenzie) Nadile. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and had retired from Pratt & Whitney after 36 years of employment. Mr. Nadile had served the town of Chaplin as a First Selectman and as a member of the Board of Finance. He was a member of the Willimantic Elks Lodge #1311. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter Lisa Marie Nadile of Medford, MA., 3 brothers, Ernest of Arlington, MA., Anthony of Willimantic and Charles of N. Windham; 4 sisters, Mary Burroughs, Shirley Holton, Rosemarie Royal all of Willimantic and Virginia Adamcik of Orlando, FL; and several nieces and nephews. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 11:00am at St. Joseph Church, 99 Jackson St. Willimantic with assembly directly at the church. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Windham. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Heart Assoc., 2550 U.S. Highway One, N.
