November 23, 1923 — February 8, 2004

Rose (Lambert) Wojick, 80, of High St., Willimantic, widow of Joseph Wojick, died Sunday Feb. 8, 2004 at St. Joseph Living Center, Windham. She was born Nov. 23, 1923 in Willimantic the daughter of Henry and Isabelle (Blish) Lambert. She was retired from UConn and had been previously employed by the Electro-Motive Manufacturing Co. in Willimantic. Rose was a communicant of St. Joseph Church, Willimantic. She is survived by 3 sons; Robert and his wife Sandra of Columbia, William and his wife Anna of Uncasville and Joseph of Cromwell, 2 daughters; Kathleen Johnson and her husband George of Columbia and Donna Grove and her husband Larry of Arizona, a brother Henry Lambert of Brooklyn, 2 sisters; Shirley Picard of Windham and Betty Peck of Chaplin and 8 grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter Sister Mary Joseph, 2 sisters; Irene Blish and Blanche Legace and a brother Walter Lambert. Her family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic on Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00pm. There will be a gathering at the funeral home on Thursday at 10:15am prior to the procession to her 11:00am Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Church, 99 Jackson St. Willimantic. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Windham. In lieu of flowers, her family suggests memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Assoc., Northern CT. Chapter, 96 Oak St. Hartford, CT. 06106.
