Rosalie A. Beattie

Rosalie A. Beattie, 63, of Willimantic, wife of Edward Beattie, died Monday, May 11, 2009 at the Windham Hospital. She was born March 9, 1946 in Willimantic, the daughter of the late Gerard and Gladys (Hawes) Milhomme. She was a dedicated Christian devoted to her loving family. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Michael Dietrich Jr. of Woodstock, a daughter, Deanna Harvey of Lebanon, three grandchildren, Sarah Dietrich, Amanda Harvey and John Harvey, two brothers, Gerard Milhomme of Willimantic and Tommy Milhomme of Brooklyn, two sisters, Kathy Sprague of Chaplin and Laura Schneider of Franklin, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Peggy Milhomme. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 15th in the South Chaplin Cemetery, Rte. 198, Chaplin. There are no calling hours.
