Ronald H. Tourigny

Ronald H. Tourigny, 74, of Willimantic, loving husband of the late Lorraine (Laramie) Tourigny who died March 10, 2002, died Friday April 16, 2004 in Windham. He was born January 29, 1930 in Willimantic, the son of the late Harvey and Cora (Elliot) Tourigny and was a lifelong resident of Willimantic. He attended Windham Vocational Technical School and worked at the former American Thread Company before serving four years in the United States Marine Corps. He later worked for 35 years prior to his retirement for Northeast Utilities. He is survived by 2 sons and 3 daughters-in-law, Peter and Theresa Tourigny of Loveland, CO, Gary and Janet Tourigny of North Franklin, Barbara Jean Tourigny of Norwich, 7 grandchildren and a brother, Roger Tourigny of Florida. He was predeceased by a son Toby R. Tourigny and a brother, Robert A. Tourigny. His family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St., Rte. 195, Willimantic on Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. prior to the procession to his Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Church, Willimantic.
