Ronald L. Bartholomew

Ronald L. Bartholomew Sr., 72 of Ashford passed away peacefully at Hartford Hospital on Thursday July 24, 2014. He was predeceased by his parents Elton and Germain (Tellier) Bartholomew; a brother Charles and a sister Phyllis. He is survived by his son Ronald L. Bartholomew Jr. and his wife Lori of Norwich; two daughters Erika Neff and her husband Robert of Mansfield and Rhonda Vegiard of South Windham; his fiancAC.e Nancy Johnston of Ashford; a brother William Bartholomew and his wife Aubra of Scotland; a sister Dorothy Olson of California eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews. He was an active member of both the VFW and the American Legion and an avid fisherman. There will be a private graveside service and a celebration of life to be scheduled at a later date.
