Roland Veilleux Obituary
Roland J. Veilleux, 92, of Willimantic/South Windham passed away on June 22, 2023.
He was the son of the late Joseph and Marie (Sevigne) Veilleux and husband of the late Claire (Brousseau) Veilleux.
Roland was a veteran of the U.S. Marines and retired from Pratt & Whitney.
He leaves his children; Mark Veilleux and his wife Darla, Michelle Chase, Marie Mulkern and her husband Steve. He also leaves his grandchildren: Sean and Adam Chase, Meagan, Timothy, Michael, and Matthew Mulkern, Joseph and Rose (Connelly) Veilleux, one great granddaughter, Claire Mulkern, and a sister, Simone Veilleux.
Roland was also predeceased by his son, Michael and brothers, Albert and Robert and sisters, Aline Nye and Lorraine Overturf. There are no calling hours. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at St. Mary Church, 46 Valley St., Willimantic, with burial to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Windham.
