Roger B. Perron

Roger Benoit Perron, 79, of North Windham, CT formerly of Thetford Mines, Canada passed away peacefully in his home Friday, October 23, 2015. He was the husband of Marie Ange Perron for 58 years. Roger was born on August 27, 1936. He was communicant of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Willimantic, CT. Roger was a Fourth Degree Knight of the local Knights of Columbus. He was an avid hunter and lumber jack. Anyone who knew him knew that his passion was the outdoors and hockey. He is survived by his wife Marie Ange and three daughters; Diane Savrine and her husband David of North Windham, CT; Elyse Siefert of Fort Meyers, FL and Anita Perron of Cape Coral, FL. He also leaves six grandchildren; Jamie Perron of Windham, CT; Jessica Page and her husband Jeremy of Windham, CT; Tiffany Exarhoulias and her husband Angelo of Brooklyn, CT; Melissa Siefert of Fort Meyers, FL; Benoit and Nicholas Lamoureux of Cape Coral, FL as well as five great grandchildren Nichole Perron of Columbia, CT; Lilliana Perron of Plantsville, CT; Josie and Julian Page of Windham, CT and Miley Perron of Coventry, CT. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, October 25, 2015 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic, CT. His Funeral Mass will be held Monday, October 26, 2015 at 9:30 am at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, 46 Valley St, Willimantic, with burial to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Windham.
