Roger Beaudoin

Roger J. Beaudoin, "Miser", 75, of Windham, husband of the late Kathleen (Thompson) Beaudoin, died Sunday March 14, 2004 at the Windham Hospital. He was born March 13, 1929 in Willimantic, son of the late Warren and Valeda (Gagnon) Beaudoin and had lived in Windham all his life. He was a U.S.Navy veteran and was employed for 36 years at CL&P before his retirement in 1989 as chief lineman. Mr. Beaudoin was a life member of the Willimantic Elks Lodge #1311. He is survived by 5 children, Michelle B. Burdick and her husband Alan of Chaplin, Richard M. Beaudoin, Suzanne M. Beaudoin, Christopher J. Beaudoin and his wife Toni-Michele, all of Windham Center, Monique N. "Nikki" Fazzone and her husband Troy of Higganum, 3 grandchildren, Jonathan and Matthew Burdick of Chaplin and Joseph Fazzone of Higganum, 2 brothers, Ronald Beaudoin of Sebring, FL and Norman "Richard" Beaudoin of Franklin, several nieces and nephews. His family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. Rte. 195, Willimantic on Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be private with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, Windham. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Windham Center Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 265, Windham, CT 06280.
