Robin A. Gazza

March 22, 1950 – September 5, 2026

Robin A. Gazza (76) of Windham, beloved husband of Arlene Gazza, passed away at home on Saturday, September 5, 2026.

He was born in Hartford on March 22, 1950, to the late Lawrence and Marion (Muller) Gazza. He grew up in Glastonbury, graduated from Glastonbury High School, and attended Manchester Community College, where he was a member of the Kappa Phi fraternity. He was the owner of Azzag Instrument Repair in East Hartford, a member of the Yankee Chapter, and a founding member of the Hartford HOG Chapter. He was also an active member of the Hartford Health Collective, supporting local teens.

Robin love life and lived it fully. Saturday mornings usually found him with his breakfast crew, and any free hour after that was spent in his garage restoring classic cars and motorcycles. He was never happier than when he was outdoors, working in his gardens and caring for the land around his home. He loved to laugh, travel, and try new restaurants. He and his wife crossed the country many times on two wheels spending time with his friends both near and far. Closer to home, he was just as happy on his tractor, and he never thought twice about helping a neighbor or friend with any projects.

He leaves behind his wife of 52 years, Arlene; his sister, Mary Gazza, of Colchester; his nephew, Josh Woodward, and his family, Conner, Anna, and Ryan of Florida, and their mother, Kim Woodward; and his niece, Diana, and her husband, Tom Vickers, and their family, Tyler and Abby, of Arizona. His sister & brother-in-law’s Mary Howe, Kathy and Howard Phelps, Phyllis Thane, Linda Giard, Joseph Giard all from Massachusetts and Joanne Giard from Vermont. He is Predecease by his Brother-in-law Robert Giard.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
