Robert G. Mcclure

Robert G. McClure Sr., 58, of Plainfield, formerly of Willimantic, died Wednesday June 12, 2002 at the W.W. Backus Hospital in Norwich. He was born Aug. 18, 1943 in Willimantic the son of the late George and Doris (Lemirick) McClure. He is survived by his wife Gloria (Day) McClure, 2 sons; Scott of Plainfield and Robert Jr. of Lebanon, a daughter Robin Salois of Hampton, a sister Suzanne Roy of Florida and 3 grandchildren; Matthew Salois of Hampton and twins Haley and Sheldon McClure of Moosup. He was predeceased by a brother Kenneth and a sister Linda McClure. His funeral service will be held on Friday at 10:00am at the Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. Willimantic. Burial will follow in the Storrs Cemetery, Mansfield. There are no calling hours.
