Richard "Bud" William Tinker, 72, a longtime resident of Boynton Beach, FL and former resident and native of Willimantic, passed away Monday Feb. 15, 2010. Bud is survived by his three children, Kathleen, Mark and Teri; sister Patricia Orlando, special niece Michelle Luurtsema, six grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Mary Miner Tinker. A Memorial Service will be held on April 10, 2010 at 1:00pm at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic.
