Rexford Richard Carignan Jr. 54, of Killingly passed away Saturday July 15, 2017. He was born in Norwich, CT. Rexford worked for Wonder Bread before moving to Arizona. He was an avid baseball player before his motorcycle accident. Rexford is survived by his mother, Patricia Carignan of Hampton; sons, Tyler Carignan of Goodyear AZ, Cory Hanley of Killingly, CT, Thomas and Andrew Hanley of Plainfield, CT; sisters, Patricia Maffucci of Goodyear, AZ, Sandra Kempesta of Hampton, CT, Linda Kirby of Pheonix, AZ; brothers, Bryan Carignan of Oakdale, CA, Steven Carignan of Goodyear, AZ; granddaughter, Emma Jean Hanley of Killingly; several aunts and uncles and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Rexford Sr. and his brother Christopher Carignan. There will be a Memorial Mass Thursday, August 3, 2017 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph?Church, 11 Baltic Rd. Norwich, CT 06360 with a burial to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery 815 Boswell Ave Norwich, CT 06360.
