Raymond Scovell Cobb

Raymond S. Cobb, 88, of Columbia, husband of the late Mabel (Hills) Cobb, died Friday August 13, 2004 at the W.W. Backus Hospital in Norwich. He was born November 19, 1915 in Columbia, the son of Robert and May (Church) Cobb and had lived in Columbia all his life. He owned and operated Cobblestone Farm, a combination dairy and poultry farm in Columbia. He is survived by a son, Myron Cobb of Columbia, 2 granddaughters, Kristin Cobb of Columbia and Amanda Cobb of Florida, a great grandson Cadin West, 2 sisters, Dorothy Olson and Betty Dunnack, 2 brothers, Arthur Cobb and his wife Betty, James Cobb and his wife Anne, all of Columbia, many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son, Robert Cobb. Funeral services will be private with burial in the West St. Cemetery, Columbia. There are no calling hours.
