Pauline Gertrude Lafreniere

Pauline LaFreniere, of Chaplin, wife of James LaFreniere, died Tuesday Oct. 1, 2002 after a long struggle with cancer. She was employed by Big Y Stores in Mansfield, where she enjoyed her customers and co-workers immensely. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her two children; Michael of Chaplin and Cheryl Larrow and her husband Thomas of Riverview, FL., a brother Chester Langlois of Crown Point , New York, and grandchildren Kelly and Megan LaFreniere of Hampton and Jim, Shawn and Marie Larrow of Riverview, FL. Her family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00pm. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 11:00am with burial following in St. Joseph Cemetery, Windham. Her family suggests memorial donations to the American Cancer Society, 238 W. Town St., Norwich, Ct. 06360.
