Pauline M. (Jeffers) Baillargeon, 78, of Jackson St. Willimantic, widow of Armand Baillargeon, died Wednesday evening at St. Joseph Living Center, Windham. She was born April 8, 1923 in Willimantic the daughter of Lawrence C. and Catherine (Wood) Jeffers. She had been employed by the American Thread Co. for many years and then by Liberty Bank. She was a communicant of St. Joseph Church and had been an active volunteer at the American Cancer Society. She is survived by 2 brothers Albert L. Jeffers of Old Lyme and Robert F. Jeffers of Florida, a sister Barbara Curtis of N. Windham and several nieces and nephews. Her family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic on Friday from 6:00 to 8:00pm. The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10:00am at the funeral home with burial following in St. Joseph Cemetery, Windham. In lieu of flowers, her family suggests memorial donations to St. Joseph Living Center, 14 Club Rd., Windham, Ct. 06280. www.potterfh.com
